EPAM TAKES UP THE SEC'S CHALLENGE
In July 2012, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) voted to adopt Rule 613 under Regulation NMS requiring the national securities exchanges and associations to submit an NMS plan to the SEC to create, implement, and maintain a consolidated audit trail (CAT) - a central repository, covering all market participants across multiple asset classes and quite probably the world’s biggest data warehouse after the NSA.
EPAM partnered with Broadbridge, a leading global provider of technology-driven solutions to banks, broker-dealers, mutual funds, and corporations globally, to architect this next generation solution formulating a blueprint for the largest database of record in financial history. EPAM has responded to the RFP, was qualified and then shortlisted.
