In response to the ever-evolving digital ecosystem, many firms are focusing more on the increasingly important and complex role of digital experience platforms in their business. Firms are digitally transforming by adopting business platform architectures and collaborative innovation to improve their customers’ web, mobile and conversational experiences, but are finding that they can’t go at it alone.

The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2017 report identifies 14 of the most significant service providers and scores them against a 23-criteria evaluation. The report helps clients make an informed decision when choosing a partner who can help design and build their customer-facing applications. According to Forrester, criteria for selecting leaders included those that possess a digital experience services portfolio, global presence and delivery capabilities, and market leadership and visibility.

The Forrester report recognizes EPAM as one of the leaders in the evaluation with the highest score possible in the emerging touchpoint support, client’s employee application support, and digital experience technology services criteria. According to the report, “clients like EPAM’s directness and honesty as well as its engineering discipline and ability to get things done.”  The report also states that EPAM “brings an engineering mindset to digital architectures and software engineering discipline to digital experience projects.”
