Armen leads EPAM’s Intelligent Automation (IA) practice in EMEA. Armen is responsible for client success and introducing IA thought leadership to partner organizations. The practice’s extensive technology portfolio includes RPA, BPM and versos mining solutions, as well as API and intelligent document processing.

Armen has more than 15 years of experience in business process optimization orchestration and automation, and holds a bachelor’s degree in cybernetics and mathematics. He is pragmatic in his approach to technology, but remains in constant search of new, innovative methods and solutions that can bring genuine value to EPAM customers.


KSHITIJ (K) SHARMA 
Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation Consulting
K is an artificial intelligence and automation leader in the Intelligent Automation Business Consulting practice at EPAM, where he helps clients define their AI and automation vision and execute large-scale transformations. In almost two decades of experience, K has advised many Fortune 500 clients across numerous industries and helped achieve business objectives by leveraging digital technologies including AI, RPA, analytics, mobile, wearables and cloud, as well as process re-engineering. A firm believer in continuous learning, K has an MBA from Duke University, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a Master of Applied Statistics degree in progress at Penn State University and various professional certifications.
