Vincent McElwain is Head of Technology at AIB and has held a variety of roles across strategy, architecture and transformation since joining the bank five years ago. Vincent is currently responsible for the delivery of customer engagement strategy and personal banking channels modernization. Prior to joining AIB, Vincent headed up the Enterprise Architecture and Integration portfolios at Aer Lingus and has also worked with a number of tech startups over the last 20 years.


Atul Choudrie

Chief Commercial Officer, Monese

Atul joined the mobile banking service provider Monese as Chief Commercial Officer after 20 years of working in strategy and commercial roles across banking and FinTech. At Monese, Atul is committed to delivering more local banking experiences to consumers across Europe and making it easier for those who have previously been underserved by traditional banks to manage their money. Atul was previously CCO at Ditto Bank. He is also an advisor to a number of blockchain startups.


Travers Clarke-Walker

Chief Marketing Officer, Thought Machine

Travers Clarke-Walker joined Thought Machine as Chief Marketing Officer in 2016. Travers’ career has spanned technology, banking, energy and retail and has 15 years of experience at board level positions. Prior to joining Thought Machine, Travers was Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) at Fiserv and Managing Director of Innovation and Payments at Barclays. At Barclays, Travers was instrumental in bringing Barclays’ Pingit to market. Travers ’ career also includes experience in the energy sector where he was the Sales & Marketing Director at EDF Energy.


Panos Archondakis

Global Head of Banking & Wealth Management, EPAM

Panos is responsible for shaping and developing EPAM’s strategy for banking and wealth management, tailoring the company’s services and solutions specifically for the industry. Panos also works directly with clients to customize their business models, develop digital strategy and lead multi-disciplinary solution teams.

Olivia is the Editor of FinTech Alliance, a government-backed digital engagement platform that brings together the UK FinTech ecosystem. Having previously launched FinTech Magazine, she curates content around the changing world of finance and is an advocate for financial education and inclusion.

Rachel is a Product Manager who specializes in artificial intelligence and chatbots. Her background is in financial services, where she has over 10 years of experience.
