IntelliCorp Signs Development Services Agreement With EPAM to Supplement Internal Software Development Resources

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — February 28, 2002 — IntelliCorp, Inc. [NASDAQ: INAI], a leading provider of business process optimization solutions, today announced a signed development services partnership agreement with EPAM to supplement IntelliCorp's internal software development resources. The partnership will help ensure that IntelliCorp's software solutions continue to meet goals of quality, reduced time-to-market, and customer need.
EPAM is an offshore development organization providing competitively priced strategic software and web development resources to global companies. They specialize in complex systems analysis, design, architecture, application development, software maintenance and testing, and strategic consulting. EPAM custom applications support businesses in more than thirty countries worldwide. Their main technology center is in Minsk, Belarus. Their US facility is located in Princeton, New Jersey. Initially, EPAM will be contributing to the development of IntelliCorp's flagship Business Process Optimization suite, IC NetProcess. EPAM skills will also be utilized in a number of accelerated development projects and consulting engagements.
