Mr. Shnayder is responsible for scaling the energy vertical, advancing strategic initiatives, leading special projects and overseeing key client relationships within energy and other industries.
Mr. Shnayder has more than 30 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industries. Prior to joining EPAM, Mr. Shnayder held several positions within GlobalLogic, Inc.
During his tenure, he served as Chief Delivery Officer, Senior Vice President, Head of Telecom & Healthcare and General Manager and Vice President of Telecommunications. He also held senior software management positions at Motorola and Telcordia, managing teams throughout the U.S., China and India.
Mr. Shnayder received his MBA in Mechanical Engineering from Lviv University.
