Mr. Seredenko joined EPAM in 2009 as one of the first employees on the U.S. West Coast. Over the years, he has held several leadership roles, progressing from engineering and technology consulting to leading one of EPAM’s fastestgrowing North American Business Units. As a Business Unit Head, Mr. Seredenko built key markets in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest, driving growth in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Travel industries.
Dmytro
Before joining EPAM, he gained experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead at various professional services companies, where he honed his technical expertise, engineering management, and leadership skills while delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries.
Mr. Seredenko earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the National Technical University of Ukraine. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in Program and Project Management from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
