Prior to September 2025, Mr. Amdiy served as Co-Head of European Business, where he led global client engagements, oversaw market operations across financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences and the commodities lines of business.

During his more than 20-year tenure at EPAM, Mr. Amdiy has held several senior roles, including Head of Business in Switzerland and Head of Internal Digital Ecosystem.
Mr. Amdiy holds a master’s degree in economics and informatics from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
