Mr. Mendez brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry to his role, with a particular passion for entrepreneurial ventures. He has served as CEO of NEORIS for the past ten years and previously co-founded AMTEC.NET, an Internet solutions provider that became part of NEORIS after being acquired by CEMEX.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mendez has been recognized with honors such as the International CEO Award and inclusion in the HITEC 100 (Hispanic IT Executive Council).
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Austral de Rosario, Argentina. He has also participated in executive programs at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Stanford University as part of the CEMEX Management International program.
