Currently we are looking for a Senior/Lead/Chief Level Expert (L1B Program Supported) for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.


  • At least 4 complete years of IT/Math/Electronics/Engineering-related University education
  • Or at least 4 complete years of non IT-related University education + 5 years of IT experience
  • English level: B1+
  • Advanced/Expert level hands-on skills from the primary stack or several advanced level skills. The program covers:
    • Java, JavaScript / Node.JS, full-stack .Net + JavaScript; Big Data
    • iOS, Android
    • DevOps; Test Automation (Java)
  • Work-based knowledge of/experience with projects on different SDLC phases
  • Understanding/ability to build from scratch development process (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Understanding of software testing, CI/CD practices
  • Ability to provide/make technical decisions (criteria for the decision, possible mistakes, and alternative options)
  • Self-management, mentoring experience applying planning techniques
  • Ability to perform client-facing role, including participation in the meetings with the client, ability to present results of team work. Confidence in discussing an implementation of a proposed technical solution and how quality of the delivered solution is guaranteed
  • Experience in meetings planning, retrospectives, and estimations. Project and requirement documentation, non-functional requirement specifications, etc
