DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Solution Architect for our Singapore office to make the team even stronger.

We are looking for a Solution Architect responsible for driving enterprise digital transformation projects from development side. You will analyse customer requirements, design system architecture aligning with enterprise architecture and implement the final end-to-end solution. You will be part of an international project team focusing on customer-specific project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Play the key developer and software architect roles
  • Create complex, enterprise-transforming applications
  • Work with the latest tools and techniques
  • Work in highly collaborative teams and building quality code
  • Design and build integrations between applications
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimize of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implement security and data protection
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
  • Integrate the front-end and back-end aspects of the system
  • Create database schemas that represent and support business processes, including data migration, transformation, and scripting

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, comparable education or job experience
  • 7+ years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications
  • Exposure to a variety of technologies J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java, Spring Framework, Activity), Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL
  • Experience with the newest web technologies (Javascript, AngularJS, CSS, Responsive Design, Npm, webpack)
  • Experience in integrations technologies (REST, SOAP, MQ etc.)
  • Experience in implementing BPM solutions (Pega, Appian, IBM BPM, Camunda, jBPM etc.) is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of UML, BPMN
  • Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests, comfortably work under TDD
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools/flow, GIT is preferred
  • Expected to participate in phone conferences; be interviewed by customers; be involved in customer workshops and presentations; visit customers without supervision
  • Expected to be able to follow, understand, and enhance a defined software development process
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Fluent English
