EPAM is seeking a hungry and smart Business Development Executive to generate appointments with C level executives across Footsie 500 companies and their private peers. In this role you will be working with customers across EMEA & North America.
This role would suit a recent Graduate looking to expand their skills in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- You will excel at:
- Researching companies and executives and producing valid business propositions that match their needs with EPAM capabilities
- Engaging said executives via calls and email to get the meetings
- Keeping a high pace of activity (calls and emails) to ensure the steady flow of meetings
- You will generate at least 25 meetings per quarter and be paid a commission for each meeting – the commission is uncapped – the more meetings the more money
- You will have knowledge of the IT outsourcing sector
- 1 to 2 years of experience ideally in similar role (Business Development, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation)
- Passion for all things Digital
