DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Provide requirements gathering and analysis for the applications and products in Capital Markets domain
  • Plan business analysis activities
  • Collect and analyze business requirements and turn them into high quality solution requirements as technical specifications/epics and user stories, prototypes, process and use case diagrams
  • Validate and verify solution requirements with the project team and customer’s representatives
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis, handle business questions and deliver business answers
  • Translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa
  • Maintain and improve requirement management and/or software development processes through the whole project life cycle

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis in IT
  • Production experience with electronic trading systems/OMS/EMS
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol
  • BDD/Gherkin scenarios
  • Strong communication skills and capability of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)

Nice to have

  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Solace)
