We are looking for a Development Team Lead

ABOUT THE PROJECT


You will be working on the customer's product for case management. This software helps organize, analyze, and share essential case information. Our goal is to:
- re-platform and consolidate this product's workflows using cloud architecture (Azure) foundation
- permits flexible delivery of solutions via browser to the desktop, tablet, Mac
- redesign the user experience adding modern web interface, responsive design for mobile use cases

Core part of the solution will be content management functionality, video content mainly where users will be able to add markup and metadata to video via this. Application will support “Video playback”, “Usage/Behavior tracking”, “Search”, “Modern Identity Platform”.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in Milestones planning and estimations (technology identification, wbs, estimations dependencies)
  • Participate in User Stories breakdown upfront, Acceptance Criteria validation
  • Drive whole .net implementation
  • Monitor and control team, full cycle of planning, organizing Sprints work, development processes
  • Feature design upfront of implementation, review and justification with the Architect
  • Hold technical solutions and decision justification, documentation and presentation to the client and Team
  • Drive technical dependencies and highlight risks and issues to PM and SA
  • Drive Production readiness and production deployment activities (PtO, coordination with the DevOps and Ops teams)
