Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on UI Development experience
  • Team management experience
  • 1+ year of team or project-leading experience
  • Able to start a new project from scratch as well as covering the full SDLC from a technical point of view
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Production experience with React, Angular or any other modern framework and good understanding of its core principles
  • Experience with workflows (e.g., Redux)
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • Has experience designing system components or whole solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of TypeScript and ES6+
  • Extensive knowledge of SASS/LESS
  • Knowledge of different build tools (e.g., webpack, rollup, gulp, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Jest and Enzyme (or another JS unit testing framework)
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Clean Code/Software Craftmanship
  • Open to code reviews and pair programming
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching
  • Able to conduct technical interviews
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization
  • Knowledge of Concurrent UI Patterns and Suspense for Data Fetching
  • Knowledge of Jest performance optimization
  • Knowledge of Cypress e2e testing framework
