Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, and release planning
• Lead development teams to inspire the adoption of the Agile mindset, principles, and practices, e.g. collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, transparency, etc
• Update tracking systems and keep track of metrics to support team growth. Ensure the transparency of the Product & Sprint Backlogs
• Recommend improvements and assist in adopting good practices
• Support the development managers and project leads when necessary
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Support the team with appropriate commitments through good PBIs definition, selection, and sprint goal elaboration
• Identify and remove impediments. Deal with distractions, interfering with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
• Facilitate discussions and support conflicts resolution
• Empower the teams to self-organize and self-manage

Requirements

• 5 years in the industry and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience being a Scrum Master for different teams
• Good understanding of the Agile mindset, principles and practices, and how and when to apply them in product development
• You lead by example by demonstrating and evangelizing the Scrum values every day
• Strong mediation and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving characteristics
• Good project management skills
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge and experience with: Lean, Kanban, XP, Scaling frameworks
• Skills and knowledge in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
• Clear, concise communication skills and good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum master and other Agile Certification
• Technical background will be considered as a strong advantage
