We are seeking a driven and innovative Application Support Specialist to join our growing team and help generate solutions to address and meet various requirements and needs.

The application leverages micro-services architectural patterns and is deployed to AKS. External protection is provided by using Application Gateway and Azure SQL Server used as a storage tier.

What You’ll Do

  • Application and System Monitoring, troubleshooting, issues, bugs fixes, etc
  • Mobile Client Application troubleshooting (iOS, Android)
  • Participate in calls/chat with customers, troubleshoot online being on call with the real users
  • Comprehensive hands-on in the list of technologies above
  • Ability to work with App Insights and Log Analytics
  • Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
  • Write SQL queries
  • Setup / Monitor alert notifications
  • Document RCA
