We are looking for several experienced Product specialists to help our Clients in Data&Analytics space. Our Client portfolio pillars are, among others, Financial Services, Media, Entertainment & Telecom, Retail & Distribution, Software & Hi-Tech, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare, Automotive & Manufacturing, Insurance etc.

We expect you to be the Ambassador of Product Mindset; both at EPAM and at Client, for Business and Technology. Your main responsibility is Value Creation to our Clients on their Data and Product maturity journey; you cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and end-to-end integrated planning and execution. You possess natural abilities to work in a distributed and multicultural environment. You connect Customers, (senior) business and technology individuals and teams. Therefore, good English communication, great presentation, a dose of humor, patience and empathy are required. You are a natural self-starter with high degree in resilience

What You’ll Do

  • Manage product or product portfolio vision, strategy and roadmaps in Data&Analytics space
  • Manage entire product and data lifecycle
  • Collaborate Stakeholders and their teams to shape the end-to-end product strategy and drive the value delivery across the product landscape
  • Manage traceability from business objectives to underlying data technology and data processes
  • Work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to decide what is the right data solution to build
  • Define product/portfolio success metrics
  • Define and increase maturity of Product Management within product/portfolio teams
  • Commission Market, Competition and Customer research
  • Manage entire product lifecycle
  • Drive Business Case creation
  • Evangelize Product Mindset (Focus on Value Creation through Customer needs/Business opportunities/Technology required) inside and outside of the managed landscape
  • Coaches Product Owner(s)
  • Keep abreast of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends

What You Have

  • Experience shipping data B2B or internal products, preferably with a heavy data component (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, AI products, BI/reporting, etc.)
  • Experience in managing Data Products, Data as a product, AI products, Data Technology as a Products, Data Technology as a Service
  • Experience Data Governance, Data Strategy
  • Are data savvy to be an effective filter for initial ideas, also in terms of technical and data feasibility. You have a good understanding of and interest in data architecture, data elements, and data life cycle
  • Are analytical, thus able to swiftly distill what truly holds value and to find simple solutions. You are comfortable using metrics and data to make decisions
  • Are structured & organized, thus effective in orchestrating efforts and secure delivery
  • Always lead and convince with the why
  • Understand the power of 80/20 and that perfection is a fun and iterative process
  • Are a frequent, concise and captivating communicator with solid writing skills. You thrive in keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and engaged. You have an ability to express your ideas also to a technical audience
  • Understand design thinking and inclusion from discovery to delivery to success measurement
  • Are fluent in English (C1)
