We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst with Genesys experience to come on board and support our team in Stamford, CT, or Weehawken, NJ.   • Provide second level IT support regarding general requests, incidents, and problem management
  • Analyze and solve production issues
  • Communicate with Operations and other stakeholders
  • Maintain the knowledge database to support information transfers to incoming requests
  • Participate in production verification and testing of applications


  • SME with 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Engage on-premises
  • Comfortable working with configuration and integration of Genesys voice platform
  • Knowledge of Genesys version 8.0.x
  • Proven history with Genesys SIP Server and GVP knowledge
  • Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine knowledge
  • Strong understanding of UNIX/ LINUX system administration
  • DevOps experience preferred
  • Integration with Cisco TServer experience and IRD Routing Strategy development for Voice or async channels such as email a plus
