Senior Procurement Specialist Description
Job #: 89493Responsibilities
- Working with suppliers’ data: conduct screening of vendor database using tool provided by the company and document results reviewing suppliers’ data, reconciling information entered into the internal system with documents
- Competent review and analysis of documents/info for potential cooperation of vendors with EPAM
- Performing vendor assessment procedure
- Working with large volumes of information, analysis of data extracted from internal systems, preparation of ad-hoc reports/presentations based on them
- Involvement in the integration process as a result of acquisitions
- Participation in the improvement and automation of operational processes
- Work closely with Audit, Accounting, Controllership teams to ensure that VM (Vendor Management) processes are in-line with Company strategy
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team or VM Manager
- Maintain effective communication with the rest of the team
- Be effective in self-management
- Be flexible in working hours and ready to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Higher economic education
- Advanced level of English (oral and written communication skills), business correspondence
- With experience in the financial sector not less than 4 years, senior level position
- Good analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of information
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot, charts, easy usage of different kind of formulas)
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to use information and communication technologies as a tool and resource
- Ability to translate from other languages into English using web-tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Russian language
- Knowledge and experience of ESG management in supply chain
- Attention to details
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
