We're on the lookout for a savvy Sr. Recruiter to join our Japan team and help us find top technical talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure timely recruitment of top tier technical and business talent to satisfy the hiring needs of our rapidly growing businesses in Japan
  • Collaborate with an international team of recruiters in the region, fostering global insights and best practices
  • Optimize operational processes for a seamless, customer-centric recruitment experience, and deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment experience
  • Enjoy cooperation with sourcing, marketing, and operations teams in Talent Acquisition across the region
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and referee experience, champion feedback surveys and various HR initiatives

What You Have

  • Full cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or recruiting agency with focus on technical roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, ability to discover, attract and engage tech talent, while managing multiple search streams
  • Ability to build relations and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders, expertise in storytelling with data
  • Project management of various long and short term projects, requiring working in a cross-functional team across the region
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese) paired with ability to communicate with influence, both through written and verbal communication
