Business Analyst Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the Telecom or Pharma industries. You'll work with modern technologies and collaborate directly with stakeholders in Japan, multicultural development teams and project managers to ensure project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
  • Clearly communicate project requirements and recommendations to the development teams and project managers
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the system
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and systems

What You Have

  • Strong business analysis experience, preferably in the telecommunication or pharmaceutical industry, paired with familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into functional specifications; skilled in tools like JIRA or Confluence
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, project management software, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous improvement of business processes and systems
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including strong bilingual ability (English and native level Japanese)
