Top client-led rankings across general satisfaction, application services, service delivery, account management and end-to-end security reflect Swiss enterprises’ confidence in EPAM’s consistent execution and strategic technology partnerships

(NYSE: EPAM) today announced it has been recognized by clients as a top-performing IT services provider in Switzerland in Whitelane Research’s 2026 IT Sourcing Study, achieving the number one position across several key measures of client satisfaction and service performance.
EPAM ranked number one in Switzerland for general satisfaction and application services, scoring 83% in both categories, and also led the study in service delivery and account management, with scores of 86%. The results point to a consistent client experience spanning technical execution, delivery quality and strategic relationship management.

In the 2026 study, more than 170 senior IT decision-makers from the top IT-spending organizations evaluated more than 400 unique IT sourcing relationships across key performance indicators and IT domains, delivering one of the most representative voice-of-the-customer reports on the IT services market in Switzerland. Survey respondents evaluated 22 service providers across various performance categories, with EPAM achieving exceptional performer ratings in the following categories:
- Service Delivery: EPAM ranked #1, receiving a rating of 86%
- Account Management: EPAM ranked #1, receiving a rating of 86%
- Application Services: EPAM ranked #1, receiving a rating of 83%
- General Satisfaction: EPAM ranked #1, receiving a rating of 83%
- End-to-End Security: EPAM received a rating of 80%
In addition to IT service provider rankings, the Whitelane Research study points to a changing Swiss IT services landscape, with organizations showing a renewed appetite for external IT partnerships, driven primarily by the need for greater scalability, access to emerging technologies and cost reduction. At the same time, AI priorities are increasingly focused on practical business outcomes, including employee productivity, IT and business operations automation as well as customer experience.
