David Billings, VP, Head of Digital Media EMEA

Throughout his career, David has been at the forefront of some of the biggest trends in media. As VP of Digital Media at EPAM Continuum, David leads a team that helps large advertisers build differentiated digital media capabilities through a combination of strategic consulting, product engineering and specialist operations. He works with large advertisers to design, build and operate custom platforms that help solve complex challenges such as securing market share in an increasingly crowded Retail Media market and navigating the ambiguous world of privacy and identity management.

Liz Salway, Principal, Business Consulting, EMEA

Liz has been working in the digital media space for 20 years in both regional and global roles. She brings a unique perspective to industry challenges having worked closely on the media owner side, with advertising technology companies, in global media agencies and more recently as a digital transformation change agent for Nestlé. Her ambition is to better connect the data opportunity for brands across marketing, technology, data, insights and media to drive organisational, operational and financial efficiencies and effectiveness. Currently providing solutions consulting to retail and CPG clients in EPAM Continuum, she is a regular contributor to industry events and press.

Osama Ali, Head of Product Management, Digital Media EMEA

Throughout his extensive product career, Osama’s focus has been on empowering businesses to focus on what matters to their customers and strategic ambitions. As Head of Product at EPAM Continuum, Osama leads a team of product managers, user researchers, and solution architects that enables large retailers and advertisers to design, develop and mobilise innovative digital media capabilities. Osama joined EPAM coming from dunnhumby where he held various product roles before becoming the lead product/program manager of the Tesco Multi-Channel Retail Media and Insights Platform. Osama holds a B.S. in computer science and information systems where he blended software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence with product management.
