Ms. Aguirre served in several leadership positions at Strategy&, the strategy consulting business unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), between 2015 and her retirement in 2020, including Managing Partner of the North America Strategy Business, Leader of the Health Industries Strategy Business, and Leader of the Katzenbach Center, a center of innovation on the topics of leadership, teams, and culture.

From 1991 to 2015, Ms. Aguirre held executive roles at Booz & Co./Booz Allen Hamilton, including Southern Cone Technology Business Leader, Global Organization & Strategic Leadership Business Co-Leader, and Global CHRO in a rotational management position. At Booz Allen Hamilton, she was elected to the global Board of Directors, on which she served for nine years. During her tenure, she was Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Ms. Aguirre currently serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC), a leading business development company focused on providing global financing solutions to high-growth, innovative companies in broadly diversified life sciences, technology, and renewable industries. Ms. Aguirre also serves on the Board of Directors for Cisive, a global technology-enabled compliance solutions company, and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Ms. Aguirre received an MS in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Fort Hays State University.
