She is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at FactSet (NYSE: FDS) (NASDAQ: FDS) where she is responsible for financial performance by managing global financial reporting, financial operations, treasury, corporate development and investor relations.

She previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at FactSet where she was responsible for driving revenue growth by managing global sales, client solutions, marketing and corporate communications.

Previously, Ms. Shan served as Treasurer at Marsh and McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC) and the Chief Financial Officer for Mercer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Prior to those positions, she was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Managing Director, Diversified Industries at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., among other roles.

She is an emeritus member of the Johnson Advisory Council for the S.C. Johnson College of Business, the graduate management school of Cornell University.

Ms. Shan received an MBA from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BAS/BS in Systems Engineering/Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
