Prior to joining EPAM, Mr. Solomon held several leadership positions at Accenture. His most recent responsibilities as Senior Managing Director and North America Operating Officer included overseeing and managing the full employee lifecycle of all Accenture people in the US and Canada, resource planning, recruitment, staffing and deployment and performance management.

Prior to that, he was the Global COO of Human Resources for nearly three years, with overall responsibility for human resources operations.
Mr. Solomon received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany with a finance/MIS major and a Spanish language minor. He graduated with the magna cum laude distinction in 1986.
