Bianca Martinez, Software Testing Practice Head for EPAM Latin America, began her tech career in 2000 as a Web Tester, where she worked to ensure that products functioned as expected and no bugs reached the end customer. Since then, she has worked on every aspect of the quality assurance process, from consulting to project management. This experience has given her not only a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field, but also a unique perspective on the process. 

As EPAM’s presence expands throughout Latin America, maintaining the highest standard of engineering excellence is one of the Company’s top priorities. We asked Bianca to share her perspective on the role of AI in quality assurance, how we ensure that our work exceeds client expectations, and what makes EPAM an ideal place for experts in this field to grow and achieve their professional goals

Find the motivation to constantly try new things and experiment with tools to improve and optimize everyday processes.”
