Hiring Week Bonus Terms And Conditions
*HIRING WEEK BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you receive an employment offer from EPAM Systems (Poland) sp. z o.o. between October 5 and October 16, as a result of this campaign into one of the above-specified positions and accept it within 24 hours, you may be eligible to receive an entry bonus (subject to conditions set forth below and signing of a loyalty agreement).
Bonus Amounts & Payout
The bonus payment is a gross amount of:
- 4,000 PLN gross if you are offered a Junior-level position.
- 10,000 PLN gross if you are offered a Senior-level position.
- 15,000 PLN gross if you are offered a Lead-level position.
The payout will be made together with your salary paid for the 3rd complete month of your employment with EPAM. Bonuses can be accumulated if you participate in other campaigns of EPAM Systems (Poland) sp. z o.o.
Conditions of Eligibility
- The interview process must take place during the Hiring Week.
- Potential offers must be accepted within a 24-hour period from issuance.
- Candidates must be available to start full-time employment by December 7.
- Candidates must sign a 6-month loyalty agreement associated with the bonus.
- Eligible candidates must have the legal right to work in Poland at the time of application and at least six months into the future.
- Candidates must join EPAM under an employment contract
Repayment Conditions
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems (Poland) sp. z o.o. should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within 6 months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee (e.g., statutory leaves, standard sick leave).
Final Provisions
EPAM Systems (Poland) sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change or end the program at any time with due respect to acquired rights.
