Sign-on Bonus Terms and Conditions

If you accept EPAM Systems Kft.’s (Hungary) offer no later than 30 September 2025 and begin your employment with the company on the date set in the offer, as  result of this campaign into one of the above specified positions, and subject to successful passing of the probation period you are eligible to receive a gross amount of HUF 1.200.000 bonus payment. The payout will be made no later than the 10th of the month after your start date.

The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems Kft. (Hungary) in case of:

• failure to pass the probation period
• termination of employment due to reasons attributable to the employee, including submiting of termination notice by the employee within 1 year of the start date.
• a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.

Former EPAM employees resigned on or after April 1, 2025 are not eligible for the sign-on bonuses outlined in this campaign.
