SIGN-ON BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS*
In case you are employed by the legal entity EPAM Systems Bulgaria for this specified position, you are eligible to acquire a single bonus payment amounting to one monthly gross salary. The latter shall be duly included and wired to your bank account with your first payroll payment.
Please note that the additional payment named as a bonus with the above-stated shall be subject to a full refund to the payee EPAM Systems Bulgaria in the case of:
- Termination notice within the first year of employment filed by the employee and/or employment termination by EPAM due to disciplinary or performance reasons within the first year of employment
- Long-term leave of 30 or more calendar days excluding involuntary leaves due to medical reasons, pregnancy and maternity related leave and/or other reasons confirmed by the employer.
EPAM Systems Bulgaria reserves the right to change and/or terminate the program at any time with due written notice respecting the rights dully acquired.
