A global oilfield services company sought to improve productivity and operational efficiency for its customers. Using EPAM’s AI Factory multi-tenant blueprint and the Amazon Web Services (AWS) suite of tools, we leveraged artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enable customers to improve production efficiency.
Leveraging Machine Learning to Better Serve Customers
Our client, a leading oilfield services company, had a clear vision. The company wanted to leverage predictive AI models and machine learning (ML) to better serve its customers by optimizing oil well productivity.
By corralling data from sensors, equipment documentation and a digital twin, EPAM and AWS, in collaboration with the client, delivered a comprehensive ML-driven solution to detect and predict critical equipment conditions. The solution was further enhanced with GenAI-driven capabilities to prescribe possible resolutions to extend the equipment's useful lifetime.
