What do you love about working at EPAM?

EPAM is the land of opportunity. Not only does it offer interesting projects to its employees, but the company also offers numerous occasions to get involved outside of work or even introduce your own initiatives.

What sets EPAM apart from other companies?

EPAM is different from other companies because of the vast majority of different projects developed in various technologies for multiple industries. After working here for three years, I have already worked on five projects in four different industries. You can broaden your horizons and gain a wide range of experience that doesn’t compare to what other companies have to offer.

What is one of the most interesting tasks/projects you’ve worked on at EPAM?

The most challenging project for me was working onsite at a customer. I was responsible for providing good communication between the customer and the remote development team and also representing EPAM. The project used very interesting technologies and was a great deal of fun for both the customer and our team.

How has EPAM supported your professional development?

EPAM has a set of clearly defined career paths and requirements that need to be obtained for each position. We also have internal tools and learning platforms that allow you to gain knowledge and participate in various trainings. EPAM believes that what is beneficial for the employee is beneficial for the whole company.

What advice would you give to people thinking about applying to work at EPAM?

Use every opportunity you have to make every day at EPAM valuable for you. Do your best on the project, take part in the trainings, meet interesting people and enjoy the unique working atmosphere that EPAM has to offer.

What opportunities have you had at EPAM that you may not have had elsewhere?

Aside from working on various projects, EPAM allowed me to devote time to conducting trainings for our employees and influencing social life in our office. By working in an office with employees from over 20 different countries, you have a great opportunity to learn other cultures, behaviors and, by doing so, broaden your horizons. 

What’s the best thing about working at EPAM?

They say that “variety is the spice of life”. EPAM offers that variety whether it is in the various projects it has to offer, set of trainings you can participate in or internal initiatives which you can get involved in. 

Is there anything else you’d like to say about your experience at EPAM?

In over 10 years of my professional career in IT, I have never worked for a company that has been such a pleasure and privilege.
