Senior Site Reliability Engineer Viet Nam

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the stability and operation of the production environments and Quant/Enterprise Technology systems, including routine maintenance
• Participate in on-call rotations and execute production deployments
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues, while also enhancing DR testing
• Identify and promptly manage risks, flagging major issues early and escalating incidents as required
• Deliver impactful results, enhance productivity, quality, and client value as a trusted partner by meeting their deadlines and objectives
• Propose innovative tech-based solutions for business improvements
• Foster productive relationships for optimal client satisfaction

What You Have

• At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Application Support
• Proficiency in Powershell or C# or OOP
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Solar Winds, ElasticSearch
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) - Bitbucket, Control-M, Grafana, Octopus, TeamCity
• Experience working with RESTful services, SQL databases, AMQP
• Hands-on experience of creating, improving, supporting technology systems, and releasing technical solutions preferably in a Microsoft environment
