What You’ll Do

• Working with our client’s technology leaders, enabling their organizations to positively affect business outcomes by applying a holistic product people, process, technology, and data mindset to solve business & IT strategic and tactical challenges. You’ll provide end-to-end consulting services while helping clients align business and technology by the following:
  • Digital Transformation Partner: Establish trusted advisor status with C and VP level clients by proactively capitalizing on digital opportunities to deliver business value and deepen client relationships
  • IT & Technology Strategies: Develop IT & Technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment to business objectives; bringing an overall customer perspective via extensive personal experience all the while ensuring its ability to be implemented
  • IT Operating Models: Design and implement Target Operating Models, aligning them to the client’s organizational strategy ensuring the product, people, process, technology, and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
  • Cloud & Application Modernization: Provide program leadership to hybrid client/EPAM teams in solutioning Cloud & Application programs, including cloud assessments, migrations strategies and establishing cloud COE’s
  • Promote EPAM & CIO Advisory Practice: Proactively grow the CIO Advisory practice by supporting presales activities, developing new service offerings, expertise and skills within the practice. Remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across business and technology landscape

What You Have

• Strategic Consulting Leadership: Proven experience in providing strategic consulting services to an extensive and existing Board and C-level customer network to draw upon:
  • Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting teams and client engagements
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consultants who can take charge and assist in production activities
  • Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions
• Digital Transformation & Program Leadership: A successful track record of designing, leading, and delivering complex and large-scale programs from opportunity identification through to implementation. Firsthand experience and ability to advise on the challenges faced by our client’s technology leaders in their daily pursuit of being Digital IT
• IT Organizational Design, Assessments and Optimization: Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in leading the design of Target Operating Models across Product, People, Process and Technology within multiple IT domains; achieving confirmed outcomes in ways of operational efficiencies and business benefits
• Thought Leadership: Ability to create point of views on how to apply recent and emerging business, ways of working and technology trends; such as but not limited to digital business models, Project to Product, cloud modernization, Data & Analytics, AI & ML, RPA, Blockchain, IoT, Agile/SAFe etc
• Business Acumen: Experience applying technology to an industry or domain that generated new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
• Education & Self-development: Passion for continuous learning of recent ways of working, business & IT topics and evolving technologies, holding a minimum bachelor’s degree or higher
• Consulting Practice Management: A deep history of leading consulting engagements and teams
• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive responsibility and career growth in a technology consulting environment
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%
