Senior System Engineer Georgia or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide the team and product
• Manage resources including SageMaker, Kubernetes, Databricks
• Drive development operations using tools such as Bitbucket, Git, and others
• Interpret user requirements, evaluate needs, and deliver solutions
• Lead the DevOps aspects of SageMaker
• Configure and maintain R Studio, Jupyter Notebooks, and Python

What You Have

• Profound expertise in biomedical research tools, including HPC
• Background in AWS, with a focus on SageMaker
• Solid knowledge of DataDevOps tools and functions, particularly with Bitbucket, Git, and others
• Proficiency in the usage and understanding of NIBR tools
• Experience with DevOps, encompassing AWS, SageMaker and Singularity
• Extensive skills in R Studio, Jupyter Notebooks, and Python
