What You’ll Do
- Work together with delivery organization, account managers and pre-sales teams to develop effective approaches for service provisioning, including creating estimates, timelines and cost analysis to ensure successful implementation and project delivery within a managed service model
- Initiate new projects and take over existing services
- Lead the initial discovery phase by collaborating with other teams within the organization and client business stakeholders
- Drive successful implementation by organizing proper processes and communication flows
- Select appropriate tools for project execution
- Ensure proper team training to maintain qualitative output and timely delivery according to the agreed timeline
- Manage resources
What You Have
- Experience in client interactions within IT services
- Familiarity with people management processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance development, professional growth, recognition, retention and succession planning
- Great capability to quickly grasp clients' objectives and define stakeholder needs and requirements
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including establishing proper project processes from inception to closure
- Proficiency in establishing reporting processes and identifying key project risks
- Ability to propose strategies for improving performance and delivering valuable solutions
- C1+ English, both verbal and written
Nice to have
- Competency in data labeling and content management services
- Background in the financial industry or a financial education
