What You’ll Do
- Pioneer the design, development and maintenance of intricate automated test cases for backend applications
- Define and implement test automation strategies, ensuring they are in sync with the organization's objectives
- Guide a team of automation engineers, promoting team collaboration and best practices
- Identify test automation goals and perform evaluations seamlessly across all types of test automation tools and languages used
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality and performance across all products
- Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and tools
What You Have
- Proven experience of 5+ years in maintaining automated test cases for backend applications
- Knowledge of Linux administration and Docker
- Familiarity with Matplotlib and NoSQL DBs
- A history of successful leadership, guiding a team of automation engineers
- Thorough understanding of test automation strategies and capability to align them with organizational goals
- An analytical mind, ever ready to evaluate and enhance test automation frameworks and tools
- Superior collaboration skills, allowing seamless cooperation with cross-functional teams
- B2+ level of English, both verbal and written
Nice to have
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Understanding of Seaborn, Pandas and Perl
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL DBs
