The Top Three Findings from Adobe Summit 2022

The Top Three Findings from Adobe Summit 2022

Each year, Adobe hosts Adobe Summit to provide customers and partners insight into its successes from the previous year, as well as a take deep dive into its latest product innovations. As the world shifted to digital, so did Adobe’s overall outlook and strategy, from converting Adobe Summit into a virtual event to adding digitally focused functions and features to its products to adapt to today’s ever-changing environment. We had a front-row seat to the action at Adobe Summit 2022, and we wanted to share what we learned and what you can look forward to this year and beyond.

The Most Exciting Things We Learned at Adobe Summit 2022

Adobe Experience Cloud for Healthcare
A big announcement for our healthcare clients is that Adobe Experience Cloud for Healthcare is now HIPAA compliant out of the box. As healthcare continues to trend more toward B2C, like traditional retail, Adobe addressing this product gap is huge because it removes compliance concerns that existed before. Healthcare clients can now use Adobe Experience Cloud to enable seamless data and workflow management, which helps improve patient outcomes, reduce operating costs and raise consumer satisfaction.

Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target
Personalization is at the forefront of all organizations’ minds right now, but many of them aren’t sure how to leverage their first-party data to move forward with personalization at scale. Adobe has helped solve this issue by enabling integration between Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Adobe Target. The integration enables brands to leverage the full insights of a customer’s profile both online and offline so they can deliver secure and seamless personalization at scale and at lightning speed.

Adobe Experience Cloud PaaS Offering
Another important development Adobe announced at Summit was that Adobe Experience Cloud will become a platform as a service (PaaS) to make the solution more cost-effective to adopt. With the change to a PaaS model, more businesses will be able to leverage Experience Cloud to build custom applications and extensions on Adobe to create better customer experiences.

Outside of these three major highlights, Adobe also announced new 3D and AR capabilities, commerce partnerships, integrations with AEP and exciting AI innovations.
