We're putting our people and their families first.

The attack in Ukraine is deeply personal for us. Our colleagues around the world are united in support of our 14,000 fellow team members and their families in Ukraine.

EPAMers everywhere mobilized immediately to contribute in any way possible, and we are taking every action we can to help.

Now you can be a part of our support network, too. With the EPAM Ukraine Assistance Fund, you can make a donation that will support charitable aid organizations that provide direct relief to those who are in the most vulnerable situations across Ukraine.

Join us to help the people of Ukraine get access to the resources they need most.

On March 4, 2022, EPAM announced an incremental $100,000,000 commitment to its employees and their families in Ukraine by way of humanitarian and logistical on-the-ground support.

Our employees are working hard to do anything in their power to help our Ukrainian colleagues and their families.

Check back regularly as we share our progress.

To track our employees' safety, our teams quickly implemented business intelligence dashboards.

To help people safely cross the border, we rented buses and employees developed a ridesharing app.

To resettle our colleagues and help them rebuild their futures, we're helping anyone who's been displaced find housing.

Useful Information for Ukrainians Resettling in a New Country

In supporting our 14,000 Ukrainian colleagues, we have collected a vast amount of information about resettling in a new country, either temporarily or permanently. We now share this in the hope it could be valuable to you or someone you know.

Securing Internet Access

Our team in Poland obtained Starlink satellite systems and arranged for their safe transportation to those in need. These devices will ensure Ukrainians have internet access at a time when connection to the global community is vital.

Lending Comfort to Displaced Children

In central and eastern Europe, EPAM’s eKids volunteers have organized rooms for kids, outfitted with games, puzzles, coloring books and other activities — in addition to a toy donation program — to provide children with a much-needed respite as parents focus on sorting the logistics of relocating. Volunteers have also collected essential supplies like strollers, diapers, clothing and food.

Providing Critical Supplies & Shelter

In offices along Ukraine’s borders and beyond, anyone looking for supplies, information or just a warm place to take a break is welcome in our offices. Here, people can find essential items, a place to stay and the support of compassionate EPAMers as they search for permanent housing. Across Europe, EPAMers have collected necessities like blankets, mattresses, pillows and sleeping bags to distribute to those who have been displaced. One Swiss EPAMer even drove the supplies all the way from Switzerland to Krakow, Poland overnight.

Ensuring the Safety of Every Family Member

Every family member who enters our offices is welcomed with open arms, including their pets. While it may not be home, our employees do their best to ensure that everyone — no matter how small — feels comforted.

Collecting Medical & Hospital Supplies

Our colleagues have been collecting and coordinating medical and hospital supply donations that will be dispersed to Ukrainian relief organizations. From antibiotics to nebulizers, these provisions will enable these organizations to fulfill Ukrainians’ most vital needs.
