EPAM has been recognized as one of Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies in the U.S., clinching the seventh spot in the 2025 rankings. The award recognizes organizations where employees express confidence in their leadership teams and acknowledge a culture of empowerment and support. With more than 14,000 Glassdoor reviews from employees worldwide, EPAM holds an overall rating of 4.1 out of 5, with 88% of reviewers saying they would recommend EPAM to a friend and 92% of reviewers saying they approved of Arkadiy Dobkin, who was CEO of EPAM during the survey period between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
