Alexandra’s journey into flexible work started five years ago, when she stepped away from the traditional office environment for the first time. Initially, she chose inspiring locations across Romania, quickly discovering that this style of working felt natural and motivating.
“I remember sitting with my laptop on a terrace in the mountains, coffee in hand, and realizing, ‘This is how I want to work.’ Being surrounded by nature gave me more focus, more inspiration and more joy.”

“I really enjoy coming to the office for events. Seeing colleagues face to face, spending time together, and doing activities as a team creates a different kind of connection.”

“Having both options is what makes the experience complete. I can organize my work in a way that suits me best, but I also love being part of the EPAM community in person.”
