The Resonance Test 97: The Power of Partnership with Colleen Kapase and Elaina Shekhter
One of EPAM’s most enduring partnerships has been with Google Cloud. And in our more than 15 years of collaboration, we’ve built a relationship of depth and respect. In this podcast conversation you can hear the value of our partnership voiced by Colleen Kapase, VP of Channels and Partner Programs at Google Cloud, and Elaina Shekhter, EPAM’s Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
It’s a wide-ranging and honest conversation that puts on display what both sides need to bring to, and place upon, the table.
Together they cover topics such as the value of partner-driven delivery and adoption, commercializing joint work and future collaboration, the importance of communication and AI innovation.
Shekhter asks the kind of questions trusting partners are able to pose. What, she wonders, is partnership for?
“Just delighting the customer,” says Kapase. “I don't know if it gets any more complicated than that.”
Does Kapase have any advice on how partnership can help AI-native transformation work be customer-centric?
“It can sound basic, but communication is so important,” says Kapase. “It is really the basis of any great partnership… Strong communication just can make you better together.”
Better together: it’s a good motto for both our partnership and this episode of The Resonance Test.
