IT Outsourcer EPAM Achieved Highest Customer Satisfaction in 2022
EPAM is the new number 1 in the Netherlands when it comes to customer satisfaction with IT outsourcing suppliers. In the annual survey by Eraneos and research agency Whitelane, the originally American company comes out on top. The hegemony of TCS in recent years, which has fallen to second place, has thus been broken.
For the study, suppliers with at least eight contracts worth one million euros or more were assessed. There were a total of 221 participating customers with a total of 459 evaluated outsourcing contracts. The research by Eraneos (formerly Quint) and Whitelane Research is estimated by the researchers to cover around 80% of the entire Dutch IT outsourcing market.

IT-Outsourcer EPAM behaalde hoogste klanttevredenheid in 2022
EPAM is de nieuwe nummer 1 in Nederland als het gaat om klanttevredenheid over IT-outsourcingleveranciers. In het jaarlijkse onderzoek van Eraneos en onderzoeksbureau Whitelane komt het van oorsprong Amerikaanse bedrijf als beste uit de bus. De hegemonie van de afgelopen jaren van TCS, dat naar een tweede plek daalt, is daarmee doorbroken.
Voor het onderzoek zijn leveranciers met tenminste acht contracten ter waarde van een miljoen euro of meer beoordeeld. In totaal ging het om 221 deelnemende klanten met in totaal 459 geëvalueerde outsourcing-contracten. Het onderzoek van Eraneos (voorheen Quint) en Whitelane Research dekt naar schatting van de onderzoekers zo’n 80% van de volledige Nederlandse markt van IT outsourcing.
