In the 2024 Dutch IT Sourcing Study by Whitelane Research, more than 250 senior IT decision makers from the top IT spending organizations in the Netherlands evaluated more than 600 unique IT sourcing relationships based on key performance indicators and by IT service tower, delivering one of the most representative reports on the IT sourcing market in the Netherlands. Survey respondents evaluated 34 IT service providers across various performance categories, with EPAM achieving significantly above-average satisfaction ratings in the following categories:

  • Service Delivery Quality: EPAM received an above-average rating of 86%
  • Application Services: EPAM received an above-average rating of 85%
  • General Satisfaction: EPAM received an above-average rating of 83%
  • Account Management Quality: EPAM received an above-average rating of 83%
  • Transformative Innovation: EPAM received an above-average rating of 79%
  • Digital Transformation: EPAM received an above-average rating of 78%

NEWTOWN, PA, VS, en HOOFDDORP, NEDERLAND, 12 maart 2024 -- Het strategisch benutten van externe IT-leveranciers is een dynamische oplossing voor organisaties gebleken om flexibele schaalbaarheid te bereiken, tekorten aan talent aan te pakken, groei te bevorderen en de algehele concurrentiepositie te versterken. In de Nederlandse IT Sourcing Study 2024 van Whitelane Research hebben meer dan 250 senior IT-besluitvormers van de top IT-uitgevende organisaties in Nederland meer dan 600 unieke IT-sourcingrelaties geëvalueerd op basis van Key Performance Indicators en per IT-service criteria, wat resulteert in een van de meest representatieve rapporten over de IT sourcing markt in Nederland. De respondenten evalueerden 34 IT-serviceproviders op verschillende prestatiecategorieën, waarbij EPAM aanzienlijk bovengemiddelde tevredenheidsbeoordelingen behaalde in de volgende categorieën:

  • Kwaliteit van dienstverlening: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 86%
  • Application Services: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 85%
  • Algemene Tevredenheid: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 83%
  • Kwaliteit van accountmanagement: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 83%
  • Transformatieve Innovatie: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 79%
  • Digitale Transformatie: EPAM kreeg een bovengemiddelde beoordeling van 78%
