Cloud Engineering Manager Georgia

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking software solutions, focusing on cloud technologies
• Manage software development projects from conception to deployment, employing agile methodologies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Be the key technical liaison for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism
• Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous learning
• Work collaboratively across departments to align technical goals with EPAM’s broader strategic objectives

What You Have

• A strong foundation in software engineering, particularly in cloud computing environments like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Extensive experience in software engineering and project management
• A proven track record in agile project management and leading high-performing software development teams
• Outstanding client-facing and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and agile methodologies
